Julie Gerup studies Molecular Medicine and will be joining Poul Henning’s group on February 2nd to begin her Master’s thesis. She will investigate α‑synuclein aggregates as a method for studying Parkinson’s disease stages, and she will also examine different tissues for potential biomarkers of Parkinson’s disease.
