Meet Varsha Sivaruban – New Masters Student in the Vanwalleghem Team

Varsha Sivaruban is studying Molecular Biology and she joined Gilles Claude Vanwalleghem's group for her Master's thesis. Varsha will investigate how a fat-rich diet alters intestinal homeostasis and the inflammatory response to DSS-induced gut injury in zebrafish, using dietary feeding experiments combined with RNA sequencing to identify the underlying molecular changes.
