The Day Event with scientific talks and award ceremonies will be held in "Aulaen" (The Main Hall, building 1412-129B). Exhibition and posters at "Vandrehallen", building 1413.

Dinner and party in the evening will be held at Studenternes Hus ("Stakladen") - building 1423.

As usual, selected PhD students and postdocs at the department will present their work in 15 min talks.
In addition, it will again include last year’s well-received short “poster pitch”, a.k.a. ”flash talk”, format, allowing many speakers to tell a short story about their project/poster. 

This time, we have set up an online abstract registration form in which presenters are asked to fill out relevant information to help the seminar committee prioritise abstracts. Our aim is to best reflect the broad diversity among people and the excellent research being carried out at MBG.

PhD students and postdocs: Please register your abstract by Friday 14^th of April, 2023 for “poster only”, “poster + flash talk” or “oral presentation” (link below).
(IMPORTANT: Ask your PI which category you should aim for, depending on how developed your study is – we only want one recommendation for an oral presentation per lab – more details can be found in the registration page).
