The Annual NeuroCampus PhD Meeting will feature a keynote lecture by Ioanna Sandvig, Professor of Neuroscience and Head of the Integrative Neuroscience Group at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Sandvig is President of the Norwegian Neuroscience Society, a member of the FENS Governing Council, and a Council Member of Nordic Neuroscience.
In her lecture, “The computational logic of perturbed neural networks: From engineered neural microcircuits to human brain networks”, she will explore how neurodegenerative diseases alter neural communication and network dynamics across multiple levels of organization, from stem cell-derived neural systems and animal models to the human brain. The keynote session is open to the entire NeuroCampus network.
