This four-day, intense, laboratory leadership workshop targets principal investigators as well as senior postdocs about to step into independent positions at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Aarhus University. Our experienced trainers have participated in creating the prestigious EMBO laboratory leadership workshops. Based on similar concepts, this immersive workshop experience will train (soon-to-be) principal investigators to lead teams of diverse backgrounds, develop leadership styles, understand culture, generational and gender differences as group leaders, hone communication skills, understand team dynamics, and establish support networks.

Funded by the Lundbeck Foundation, the workshop is limited to max. 18 participants selected from the applications. Deadline to apply is May 15^th. You will be notified of the selection outcome by May 18^th.
