The DANWISE Gala is a celebration of women in STEM. The program features an inspiring lineup of speakers, a career development session, and an innovative workshop on women’s health and leadership, inspired by the current exhibition “The Overlooked Body.” We will also celebrate the recipients of the DANWISE Prize and recognize dedicated volunteers who continue to support our mission.

The DANWISE Gala is an annual celebration, honoring achievements in advancing gender equality, diversity, and inclusion within academia and research. The event brings together leaders, researchers, policymakers, and advocates to recognize outstanding contributions, foster collaboration, and inspire continued progress toward a more equitable scientific community.
This unique event will feature:
- An interactive workshop on women’s health and leadership, engaging participants in current research and future challenges
- Inspiring keynote speeches from leading voices in academia and industry
- Leadership talks focused on inclusive innovation
- DANWISE Prize, an award recognizing outstanding contributions to the advancement of women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Medicine (STEMM), Humanities and Social Sciences
