The AD/PD™ 2025 International Conference on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Diseases attracts medical and scientific professionals from around the world. The conference remains at the forefront of advancing our understanding of the mechanisms and improving treatments for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other related neurodegenerative diseases.

The next conference will take place in April 2025 in Vienna, Switzerland. Among the presenters is Nanna Møller Jensen, a postdoc in Poul Henning Jensen’s group. She is one of 20 Junior Faculty awardees recognized for exceptional early-career contributions to the field of research and the only recipient representing Denmark.

"Getting a Junior Faculty Award from the AD/PD conference is a huge acknowledgement of the importance and quality of the research, I conduct within Parkinson’s disease. I am very honored to have been selected as one of the awardees, and I cannot wait to go to the conference in Vienna this spring," Nanna explains.

At the conference Nanna will present her abstract titled "The LRRK"-Lewy Body Conundrum: Demonstration of widespread alpha-synuclein aggregate pathology in Lew Body-negative LRRK2-mutant cases."
