On the occasion of Denmark's Mental Health Day 2026, the DANDRITE support team invite all DANDRITE’s to join a 75-minute session focusing on psychological safety (followed by a shared lunch for those who register for a sandwich before 5 October at 12.00)

As part of the programme, we will watch the keynote talk by Christian Ørsted, leadership advisor on "How to Improve Psychological Safety". Psychological safety is the belief that we can talk openly about mistakes, doubts, questions, disagreements, and new ideas without fear of embarrassment or negative consequences. Creating a psychologically safe culture is a shared responsibility and depends on how we interact, collaborate, and support one another in our everyday work. Following the presentation, we will reflect together on what psychological safety means in a research environment and how we can further strengthen it at DANDRITE.

We hope you will join us for this opportunity to reflect on how we can continue to foster an open, respectful, and supportive working environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing, learning, and speaking up.

We look forward to seeing you there.
