Organizer
Mass Cytometry – Alexander Schmitz
Antibody-based, multidimensional protein analysis in suspension and on images at the single-cell level.
A background-minimized alternative approach to flow cytometry and fluorescence imaging (IMF/IHC).
Biacore Facility – Jakob Hauge Mikkelsen
Using the highly sensitive Surface Plasmon Resonance technique, the Biacore Facility can help you detect, characterize, quantify, and interpret interactions between all kinds of molecules, e.g., antibody/antigen, receptor/ligand, and protein/small molecule interactions.
CellX – Lei Cheng
CellX (The Danish Single-Cell Examination Platform) is a centralized national infrastructure hosted by Aarhus University, with nodes at the University of Southern Denmark and the University of Copenhagen. CellX provides integrated access to various cutting-edge single-cell and spatial omics technologies for users across academia, healthcare, and industry.
The Bioinformatics Core Facility – Per Qvist
The Bioinformatics Core Facility supports everything from basic data handling to data mining, omics analyses, and advanced machine learning for complex data-driven predictions—providing hands-on analysis, visualization, and reproducible workflows, along with expert guidance.
Following a brief introduction, the talk is around 40 minutes followed by 15 minutes of discussion, for a total of 1 hr.
