Muwan Chen will stay at DANDRITE for two more years

Muwan Chen is a postdoc i Denham Group. She is working towards developing an in vitro model of Parkinson’s disease. The project involves reprogramming patient fibroblast into pluripotent stem cells and using these to derive dopaminergic neurons in vitro. The aims are to identify early cellular changes that underlie the onset of neurodegeneration. She will now continue this work for two years.
