The program for the Project Day:

• 15:15: Welcome and introduction by Charlotte Rohde Knudsen, MoGenS & MMF, MBG Auditorium (1871-120)
• 15:25: Presentation from Signe Sloth Csikos, bachelor student, MBG Auditorium (1871-120)
• 15:45: Posters with coffee/tea and cake - presented at the foyer areas at the different floor.
• Coffee/tea and cake is served in front of the Auditorium   
• 16:45: Guided Lab tour - Find your lab tour
• 17:30: Pizza and sodas

As last year, we have planned an event with a combined poster presentation and a guided lab tour. This will provide possibilities to show laboratories, equipment and to present staff and students 

It will be possible to present the groups individually, but posters can also be a coordinated presentation of a section. Poster stands will be arranged at the foyer areas of building 1870 on every floor - including the area in front of the Auditorium.

For each poster, a person should be assigned, who will be responsible for presenting the poster and take it down after the poster session as well as helping with tidying up after the event. As default, one poster board is allocated for each signed-up poster. Please make a handout copy of the poster (A3 format) for the students to bring home.

The event will be terminated with pizzas and sodas. We propose that each research group sends a representative - could be a PhD student or a postdoc (remember a nametag).

Binding undertaking for participation in the event is to be given to Birgitte Larsen no later than 28 April 2023. Please indicate where you would like to present your poster. Also, send your poster to Lisbeth Heilesen(lh@mbg.au.dk), who will upload it on the MBG’s homepage.
