Research flourishes in environments built on collaboration, respect, and innovation. This 1.5-day workshop is designed to strengthen those foundations by exploring unconscious bias, diversity in scientific services, and effective communication strategies.
Through three interactive sessions, you will develop practical skills to:
- Recognise and mitigate bias in decision-making
- Embed inclusive practices into research and teamwork
- Give and receive constructive feedback that fosters growth and belonging
The programme combines discussion, case studies, and group work to create a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
The course is open to all and is designed to be valuable for both students and researchers. The topics covered are relevant across disciplines and career stages, making them essential regardless of the path you choose to pursue.
The course is limited to 30 participants – register by 17 October 2025, full details below. Your place will be confirmed 20th October.
