Many of you are already used to writing grant applications and some of you will have to get used to this soon. The ability to pick out the relevant foundations/calls is very important, as none of you have endless time for grant writing. Funding databases provide very useful and searchable information on a vast number of foundations and calls.

On 23 November, Pernille Hamburger Grøngaard from the Research Support Office will introduce the funding database Research Professional.

The introduction/demonstration will cover the following topics:

·        Creating a personal account

·        Simple and advanced search

·        Saving searches

·        Setting up email alerts

·        Interacting with funding opportunities through the funding database
