The purpose of the project is to establish protocols for a purified B0AT1-collectrin complex. Following the same procedures that was used to established purified B0AT1-ACE2 complex, we plan to use molecular cloning, expression, and purification assays to establish protocols for purified B0AT1-collectrin complex which can be used in further studies.
