Welcome to new intern Emilie Scheer in Nissen group

Emilie Scheer is visiting intern in Poul Nissen’s group for 2 months from start August, where she will be working with postdoctoral fellow Rasmus Kock Flygaard. Her research project focusses on structural studies of CASK in complex with syndecan-2 and inhibitors, which will be studied using cryo-electron microscopy. The internship is part of her education at Hamburg University in Germany, where is doing her Master studies in Molecular Life Sciences.
