New PhD Student in Poul Nissen's group

Alexandra Náplavová is new PhD Student in Poul Nissen's group, co-supervised by Rasmus Kock Flygaard. Alexandra will be focusing on the SLC12A8 protein - an orphan member of an otherwise prominent family of ionic transporters. To uncover its function, she will employ a range of functional assays and explore its structural features via Cryo-EM. Welcome Alexandra!
