New postdoc at DANDRITE

Emilienne is starting as postdoc in Keisuke Yonehara's group per June 1 2015. She will be studying the roles of several genes in direction selectivity within retinal circuits, specifically with regard to their impact during circuit formation in animal models of congenital nystagmus. She will be imaging and recording activity from direction-selective cells within the retina. To further advance this study, Emilienne will also work to develop virus-based optogenetic tools for all-optical stimulation and recording.
