Marco Capogna granted DKK 500.000 by Lundbeckfonden
The money is granted to investigate neuron types of hippocampal-amygdala networks in rodents.
Marco Capogna will receive the grant over a 3 year period for a project dedicated to discover novel neuron types connecting the hippocampus with the amygdala in rodents. The results will contribute to fundamental knowledge of brain circuits and may be relevant for novel therapies of psychiatric disorders.
