Prof. Anders Nykjær receives DKK 62 million granted to new basic research centre

Professor Anders Nykjær and DANDRITE colleagues have received the grant from the Danish National Research Foundation. The goal is to understand how emotional impressions affect our long-term memory.

Pardis Zarifkar is new student assistant in Nabavi Group

Pardis started in Sadeghs group per April 15th. She will be assisting in the investigation of the role of neuromodulators in memory consolidation. She will prepare brain slices, solutions and reagents and work with molecular biological and other routine laboratory techniques.

Prof. Poul Henning Jensen receives DKK 1.500.000 as research partner in the IMPRIND consortium to a research project with the main goal of modelling effects of Parkinson-associated alpha-synuclein aggregates on cellular calcium homeostasis.
