<p>Through immersive storytelling and open conversation, participants are invited to examine their own perspectives and gain new insights into bias, equity, and belonging. The event offers practical tools to strengthen inclusivity within research groups and academic communities.</p>
<p>All staff are welcome—and participation is especially encouraged for research leaders and supervisors, whose roles are central in shaping the culture and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.</p>
