The plan is outlined below:

15:00: Christmas run.
Join in on the Christmas run! We’re warming up for the party and making room for the food with a quick and easy Christmas run. Put on your Christmas hat or a holly jolly outfit and grab your colleague for some festive fitness at the main entrance. More information about this soon!

17:00: Start of the floor-parties.
Your local floor-committee will arrange food, entertainment etc. for the party on your floor. We have arranged the floor parties based on the pre-registrations and hopefully, we will have even more people sign up for the final registration. For the time being, the floor-parties have been arranged as follows:

• Groups on the 6^th floor will celebrate on the 6^th floor.
• Groups on the 5^th floor will celebrate on the 5^th floor.
• Groups on the 4^th floor will celebrate on the 4^th floor.
• Groups on the 2^nd and 3^rd floors will celebrate on the 3^rd floor.
• Groups on the 1^st floor and the workshop will celebrate together with the 5^th floor.

21:00: Entertainment in the canteen.

21:30: Party, dancing, drinks, and DJ in the canteen. Lounge at the auditorium. If you have any music requests, please send them to Maria (mrv@mbg.au.dk) before December 1^st.

Over 200 people have pre-registered, but the final registration must be made to your local floor-committee representative (information about this will come). We need feedback on who’s joining the floor-committee from each floor on November 11^th at the latest(amnbg.au.dk). If you would like to help out with the festive fitness and entertainment, don’t hesitate to write to (ak@mbg.au.dk).
