If you need to report everything from a defective light to cleaning issues or need help with moving, you contact the Facility Mangemement Service via the Dalux HelpDesk App. When you report a task in the app, you receive a link so you can follow the status of your task. As a general rule, letters are sent as standard post (B-post) - delivery time is 3 to 5 days.
If it is absolutely necessary that your letter shall be delivered the next day (Monday to Saturday), you can send it as a ‘quick letter’ (Quickbrev). Write the letter ‘Q’ at the top centre of the front of the envelope. Please be aware that this is expensive: a quick letter weighing up to 100 grams costs 27 kroner. Payment is covered centrally from AU.

Internal mail is colleced and delivered from the copyrooms at each floor once a day.
If you need to transport dangerous goods by road, ship and/or air, a knowledgeable person must be consulted. Persons who wrap, pack and label dangerous goods are required to take an approved course with a corresponding certificate.
