Administrative support in the building 1182


Find your main local DANDRITE Support Team in office 348, building 1116 (the Skou building).

Regarding presence in building 1182; Every Wednesday from morning until noon, there will be a staff member from the Support Team present in building 1182. Currently with unspecific office place, but mainly present in the lunch room at 1. floor.

Post & packages guidelines in building 1182


Receiving & sending post


Incoming

The office aids distributes ordinary mail every day around 1 pm in the personal mailboxes in building 1182 at each floor of the building.

Outgoing

The office aids picks up mail in building 1182 around 1 pm every day and take it with him or her to Skou, where it is send from. However, it will first be send the day after. You can always contact the office aids, if in doubt.

Mail you wish to have send, must be put in the white tray named “Sekretariat og post”, below the named personal mailboxes on floor 1 in building 1182 (see picture).

 




Receiving & sending packages


Incoming

Packets handed in at the goods reception in the Skou building (Building 1115, room 055E), and preferably checked by the office aids.

The office aids (or the one who checks incoming packages) stores the packages in the fridge or the appropriate freezer, if it appears from the package, and the office aids notifies the recipient by email.

Packages for 1182 are delivered once a day.

Outgoing

 

The office aids collect outgoing mail every day. Outgoing mail is collected from the copy rooms at every floor.

Delivery time and pricing


As a general rule, letters are sent as standard post (B-post) - delivery time is 3 to 5 days.

If it is absolutely necessary that your letter shall be delivered the next day (Monday to Saturday), you can send it as a ‘quick letter’ (Quickbrev). Write the letter ‘Q’ at the top centre of the front of the envelope. Please be aware that this is expensive: a quick letter weighing up to 100 grams costs 27 kroner. Payment is covered centrally from AU.

Internal mail at AU

Internal mail is collected from the copyroom and delivered to the personal trays once a day. 

Dangerous goods shipments


If you need to transport dangerous goods by road, ship and/or air, a knowledgeable person must be consulted. Persons who wrap, pack and label dangerous goods are required to take an approved course with a corresponding certificate.
