New research year student at DANDRITE

Anne Louise Svenningsen started as a research year student in Christian Vægter's per 1 February 2016. During the year she will focus on spinal microglia response in relation to neuropathic pain after peripheral nerve injury. Anne Louise aims to understand how the neuronal receptor, sortilin, influences the spinal microglial response. She will investigate and compare cultures of spinal microglia from wild type and sortilin knockout mice.
