Agnieszka Jendroszek receives poster prize at the Antibody Biology and Engineering Gordon Research Conference

2018.04.10 | Kathrine Hennings

The key element of the poster was 3D printed antibody and antigen that explains the theory behind the project, which is made in collaboration with Team leader Magnus Kjærgaard. The title of the project is: Antibody engineering facilitated by avidity.

The long term goal is to develop a predictive quantitative model for avidity enhancement in antibodies based on affinities and linking geometry. The model would then be incorporated in a publicly available avidity prediction tool. The hope is that it would allow avidity to be used in the rational antibody design.
