The candidate will use different approaches to perform ex-vivo analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, and evaluate immune and disease biomarkers in different biological fluids. In addition, in vitro cellular characterization using cultures will be also included in the project. The studies will be complementary to the animal studies perform in parallel by other members of the team. Close interaction and constant scientific exchange will be essential for the advance of the project.
