New job opportunity at DANDRITE - 2-year postdoc position in molecular neuroscience

Lasse Reimer from Jensen group defended his PhD thesis succesfully on Friday 14 June

Title of Lasse's thises is: ”Inflammation activated kinase PKR directly targets disease-modifying residues within alpha-synuclein and tau for phosphorylation”. The project gives novel insight into the connection between brain inflammation and neurodegerative disorders.

The 8th annual Symposium on ATP1A3 in Disease 2019 will take place 3.-4. October 2019 at the beautiful and conveniently located Grand Hotel Reykjavik on Iceland. The host this year is the AHC Association of Iceland supported by an organizing committee that consist of European scientists that have been working on ATP1A3 related diseases for many years, including DANDRITE Group Leader Poul Nissen, Affiliated Researcher Karin Lykke-Hartmann, and Team Leader Hanne Poulsen. Registration opens in spring 2019.
